Energy Healing Sessions
Energy healing sessions focus on you and what is most important for the wellbeing of your body, mind, and soul. The high vibrational energy will help bring you into a more relaxed and open state. Stored energy that weighs heavily on you, has kept you stuck from moving forward, and no longer serves you, such as emotional imprints, turmoil, physical discomforts, memory fields, negative sanctioned thoughts, old belief patterns... will be helped to shift, dissolve, and release, assisting balance to take place on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. This ignites your body's own natural self-healing ability. The intention is always on helping to create more balance within, and in building a deeper connection to your soul. This is where we thrive, where we feel our best, where we see ourselves and the world around us more as the love we are, and where we feel strong, grounded and connected to our soul's purpose.

45 Minute Cleanse and Balance Session - $85.00
90 Minute Energy Healing Session - $165.00
120 Minute Energy Healing Session - $205.00
For children from kindergarten to grade 12, you can book a 10 session package which would provide your child with a monthly cleanse and balance session for 10 months, at the price of 9. *A lot occurs in the day to day of a child, and with the added stimulation of large class sizes, social dynamics, growth spurts, and so much more, having regular clearing and balancing of their energy body, is a great support to helping maintain better balance physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally.
30 Minute Clearing - $65.00 (This is a great option if you are feeling like you just need a quick clearing and balancing of your energy body, if you feel you have some attachments or energetic cords that need to be cut, if you need a release of some heavy energy and a deep grounding, or if you need some extra support in between deep healings. Sometimes we don’t need a full healing to get us back to feeling balanced, energetic and well.)
**Distance Sessions: Distance healing sessions are remotely done. This means that the client does not have to be physically present. Distance healing sessions are equally as effective and beneficial as in person and are a common practice in energy therapy. Because everything is energy, Lisa can intuitively connect to the Higher self and energy being of the client and receive the guidance and information of what is contributing to the imbalance, discomforts, etc. The release can then take place, and deeper healing can occur. Distance sessions are very beneficial for children, for those whose busy schedules can get in the way of self care, those who are located a long distance away or may not be able to travel, and for those who feel that the ego mind can sometimes get in their way.
***90 or 120 minute sessions booked for children 16 and under will receive a $20.00 discount provided that an adult within the same family is also a client.
